Dispatchable curtailment

Load a building can reduce on request during a utility or grid event, for example under Con Edison's Commercial System Relief Program or Distribution Load Relief Program. Programs pay a reservation amount for committed capacity and an event amount for energy reduced.

In plain language: Equipment you can turn down when asked, and get paid for.

Jurisdiction: Program terms described here are Con Edison's; enrollment thresholds are under verification.
