Job Title: Small Order Picker

Location: Oshawa, ON
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime required when needed)

This role involves order picking of products from warehouse shelves for order fulfillment. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to transition into a permanent position with benefits and perks upon full-time hire.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack small orders according to company guidelines.
• Use warehouse ladders (3 step) to retrieve items from various shelf heights.
• Lift and carry items up to 30 lbs as required.
• Maintain organization in a high-SKU environment (various lure sizes, colors, models, etc.).
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
