Job Details What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps to grow revenue and margins while meeting market and customer needs.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between technical, marketing, and operational teams to launch innovative products and enhance existing offerings.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and propose impactful new opportunities.
- Collaborate with brand, promotions, and sales teams to drive exceptional product positioning and launch campaigns.
- Analyze financial, operational, and commercial performance to optimize product strategy and achieve business goals.
- Champion continuous improvement of product management processes and act as a cross-functional leader and mentor to the team.
- Travel opportunities up to 30% to keep you connected to our markets and customers
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of professional experience in product development, engineering, marketing, or sales, with 4+ years in Product Management.
- A proven track record of developing and launching successful products and managing their lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders, manage teams, and drive results within a matrix organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the power to influence senior leadership and key decision-makers.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Communication, etc.
