We are seeking a skilled Patent Paralegal to join our team. This role is located in Burlington, Massachusetts and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Patent Paralegal, you will be a part of our team, handling tasks related to patent prosecution, claim administration, and using various software tools for docketing and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the firm's docket report
• Assign filings and requests to appropriate resources within the firm
• Trigger and manage IDS's and identify potential inefficiencies in the reporting structure
• Maintain clear and responsive communication with team members and clients
• Utilize various software tools such as AppColl, Black Hills IP Renewals, SmartSheet, SyncIDS, Tabs3, USPTO and WIPO efiling systems, and standard Microsoft products for daily tasks
• Handle USPTO Filings and Searches, and manage Foreign Patent tasks
• Input daily time entries into the firm's internal billing system, Tabs3
• Use TM - Database & Electronic Docketing for patent-related tasks.• Proven experience in Claim Administration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Patent Prosecution
• Proficiency in USPTO Filings and familiar with its procedures and guidelines
• Ability to conduct efficient USPTO Searches
• Experience with Foreign Patent applications and laws
• Knowledge and experience in Docketing including monitoring and maintaining patent docket deadlines
• Skilled in TM - Database & Electronic Docketing, capable of managing and updating databases effectively
