Are you a seasoned Fleet Manager looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative company? Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and compliance with regulations. Your Role as a Fleet Manager
As our Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and compliance with regulations. Your key duties will include:

• Vehicle Procurement and Maintenance: Purchase vehicles to expand the fleet, schedule regular maintenance, order urgent repairs as needed, and maintain registration and insurance requirements.
• Driver Management: Monitor drivers to ensure adherence to safe driving practices.
• Compliance: Ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training (MyCOI).
• Budget Management: Manage the budget for vehicle repairs and replacements.
• Reporting: Provide reports to management on budgeting, maintenance, and fleet progress.
• Safety: Develop methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency while maintaining safety standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance.
• Several years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
