What You’ll Do

• As a Business Broker, you will guide business owners through the process of selling their businesses—from valuation to closing deals. Your role includes:
• Consulting & Selling: Advise business owners on how to position and sell their businesses successfully.
• Market & Financial Analysis: Evaluate businesses, conduct financial assessments, and assist in setting competitive prices.
• Client Coaching & Deal Management: Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.
• Networking & Lead Generation: Build relationships with business owners, buyers, and referral partners to create long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business ownership, finance, commercial real estate, B2B sales, or similar fields.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Can analyze financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and can generate their own leads.
