Pay Rate: $19.53/hr

Job Summary
We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented Buffing Specialists to join our team in Ionia. This short-term assignment offers opportunities for permanent hire and rapid pay increases after 75 days.
Responsibilities
1. Buff and polish metal bumpers
2. Inspect and prepare products for assembly
3. Lift and maneuver various objects (up to 75 lbs)
4. Collaborate with production team members
5. Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
1. Hand dexterity
2. Verbal and written communication skills
3. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
4. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
5. English literacy
6. Manufacturing experience (preferred)
